Amey Engineers inhouse designed and developed system for batter recycling is evolved over the years working closely with our customers and innovating to solve the real time problems.

The system development started when first only shredder machine was provided for battery shredding application. Then a grinder was added to crush the shredded batteries. A cyclone separator was added later to suck out the fine black mass from the ground particles.

The major break through came with development of depackager system. The next generation systems were designed with depackager system at the heart of it. The shredder and separation system is fine tune to achieve the max pure form of black mas with as minimum impurities in it during the mechanical process.

Resultant solution is a most logical and simple to operate and maintain system with very low Power consumption and causing the least loss of the product in the process.

The system purely focuses on the black mass recovery. The process of plastic copper and aluminum separation from the reminder material is kept on secondary.
